Uploading your own 3D model? Quick checklist for a smooth print

Walls: keep them 1.2 mm or thicker — paper-thin walls print weak or not at all.
Fitting parts: leave ±0.2–0.3 mm clearance between pieces that must slide or snap together.
Overhangs: anything steeper than ±50° from vertical needs support material — fine, but it affects surface finish and price.
Size & units: tell us the real-world size you want, or make sure your file's units are millimetres — a common export slip.
One solid mesh: watertight models print best. Holes or flipped faces? Send it anyway — we check and repair every file before printing.
No model at all? A photo, sketch or part number is enough — describing what it should do helps us design it for you.
